Housekeeping Employee (m/f/d)

To strengthen our “Elephant Family,” we are looking for a reliable and dedicated person to join our housekeeping team.

The Hotel Elefant is a privately owned, family-run business located in the heart of Salzburg’s Old Town. In our historic and fully renovated hotel, we go above and beyond to ensure that our guests feel right at home from the moment they arrive.

Your Responsibilities

* Cleaning and maintaining our guest rooms and bathrooms
* Preparing rooms for newly arriving guests
* Cleaning and inspecting the hotel’s public areas
* Handling linens, cleaning supplies, and work materials with care
* Collaborating with the front desk and the rest of the hotel team
* Adhering to our quality and hygiene standards

What You’ll Bring to the Table

* Enjoyment of cleanliness and meticulous work
* Reliability, a sense of responsibility, and team spirit
* A friendly and well-groomed appearance
* Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
* Professional experience in housekeeping is a plus, but not required
* Basic knowledge of the German language is desirable

* A full-time position with *30 hours per week*

Payment

The minimum monthly salary, based on a 30-hour workweek, is *€1,519.50 gross*. Your actual pay grade and compensation will be determined based on your education, industry experience, and eligible prior service. A higher salary may be offered depending on your qualifications and experience.
